Verity Lambert - Doctor Who's first ever producer in 1963 at age 27 - the BBC's youngest ever producer at the time. She also produced Minder and Rumpole of the Bailey to name just a few
She died on Thursday, the day before the 44th anniversary of the very first Doctor Who episode.

I have literally just learned about Verity Lambert as I have learned about her passing. She left a large legacy because so many people enjoy what she greatly contributed too even if they do not know her name. Thanks for posting about her.
